Issue Summary:

There's been reports recently that are saying that customers are getting 50% off for academic licenses instead of the new and increased 75% discounts as indicated here.

As of May 5, 2023, the Academic discount for Confluence Cloud, Confluence Data Center, and Marketplace apps for Confluence increased from 50% to 75% so this should automatically reflect the pricing now. 

Expected Results

All academic licenses for confluence apps should be 75% and not 50% off as indicated on our documentation https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/app-discount-programs/#what-s-the-customer-discount- 

Actual Results

Some customers are still receiving 50% discounts instead of 75%. 

Workaround

Discounts can be applied manually.
