Issue Summary:

Partners are unable to release app versions if the file size of the app file exceeds the database size limit of 16 MB.

Steps to Reproduce

This issue predominantly occurs with older apps that have numerous versions released and the app size with all the existing versions included is close to 16mb. When partners attempt to release a new version of such an app, they encounter an error thereby blocking them from releasing new verison. 

Expected Results

Partners should not be blocked from releasing new versions due to mongo db size breach.

Actual Results

Partners are blocked from releasing new versions whenever the their app size breaches the db size limit.

Workaround

Partner have to reach out to Support team whenever they face such issues. The team will identify the redundant versions and delete them there by clearing up some space. This will unblock the partners from releasing the versions again.
