Issue Summary:

The width of the Marketplace vendor page left sidebar resizes after navigating back from an app listing page.

Looks like some stylings are not being loaded when you navigate to the page using the back button. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/vendors/33202/atlassian-labs or any Vendor page in Marketplace
2. Click on any apps in the same window (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210722/storage-format-source-editor-for-confluence?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview) 
3. Use the browser back button to go back to the vendor page

Expected Results

Sidebar size should remain the same. 

Actual Results

Notice the left sidebar changes size.

Workaround

You can refresh the page and the styling gets refreshed and picks up the width changes.
