It's only possible to issue Access Tokens for Connect and Data Center apps in Marketplace. It's not available for Forge apps.

Please add support for "Access Tokens" for Forge apps listed in Marketplace.

Workaround

Customers can raise a Cloud Trial extension request as described here.
