Some upgrade events are marked as "churn" in churn event API

      Issue Summary

      The churn API is showing incorrect response.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Some entitlements that are not churned are being returned in the below API response -

      https://marketplace.atlassian.com/rest/2/vendors/{vendor_id/reporting/sales/metrics/churn/details?text=

      {ent id}

       

      Expected Results

      Only churned licenses should be returned in the above API response.

      Actual Results

      Upgrade events are being read as churned by the API
