Issue Summary:

The issue reported here is that when the hyperlink text is edited in the text editor box, saving the link text also submits the entire page instead of just saving the link.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a hyperlink in the release notes on the create version page.
2. Now again try editing the link ( either text or URL)
3. The save button on the hyperlink will also trigger the save button for the whole page and move it to next page.

Expected Results

Editing hyperlink should only update the hyperlink and not the whole page.

Actual Results

Clicking on save button triggers the page save button too.

Workaround

Publishing the page with correct details is fine. Editing the link can be done later after publishing the version.
