Issue Summary
Currently, we have noticed that there us a Disparency between apps being listed under billing and manage apps section.
Steps to Reproduce
- Post UPM migration for the tenant there are apps that are listed under the billing section.
- But when you try accessing the manage apps section certain apps are not listed.
Expected Results
All the billed apps should be listed under the managed app section for the product.
Actual Results
Some apps are missing in the manage apps list
Workaround
Temporary workaround is to manually re-install the app again from "Find new apps"
