Updating Vendor Profile with Diacritic Characters Causes Error

      Issue Summary

      Vendors are experiencing difficulties updating their profiles when using Diacritic characters, such as ä and ö, in the address field. The error message displayed is generic and uninformative, stating:

      An unknown error occurred It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit.

      Additionally, you can see the "Cannot contain non-english characters" error message in the developer console:

      Steps to Reproduce

      To reproduce the issue:

      1. Navigate to your vendor profile
      2. Edit the address field and add a diacritic character such as ä or ö
      3. Select Save

      Expected Results

      Update the profile successfully.

      Actual Results

      A generic error message displayed, stating:

      An unknown error occurred It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit.
      

      Workaround

      Remove the non-Ascii characters.
