Pagination Issue on the Promotions tab

      Issue Summary

      The pagination is broken on the promotions tab and you cannot go to the next page of the promotions list.

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to promotions tab
      2. The default page which loads doesn't have a page number or controls.

      Expected Results

      Need navigation button on the page.

      Actual Results

      Blank

      Workaround

      Select one of the hosting on the page and the controls appear.
