Suggestion
We suggest enabling Marketplace partners to offer a flat-rate pricing model, allowing them to charge a consistent price regardless of the number of users. For instance, whether a customer purchases for a 100-user instance or a 10,000-user instance, the cost would remain at $10. This feature is crucial as the current pricing model, which charges per user per month with a minimum price of USD 0.1/month, can lead to revenue loss for partners. This is particularly evident when only a small fraction of users in larger organizations (e.g., a 400+ user organization) actually utilize the app.
This pricing flexibility will help partners overcome current challenges and support ongoing efforts to offer more adaptable pricing and packaging options for Marketplace partners.
