      Expected Results

      To improve the utility of the ACCOUNT_ID, we propose an enhancement to include additional context such as:

      • The manager responsible for the account,
      • Its association with a partner or customer,
      • The company name.

      This will provide a more comprehensive view of the account, facilitating better management and decision-making processes.

      Actual Results

      The TRANSACTION_ACCOUNT_ID is based on the seller under which the apps have been purchased from Atlassian and then sold to the end customer. This means that when an Atlassian partner handles transactions, the TRANSACTION ID will remain consistent across different customer sites associated with that partner.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
