we own Atlassian Marketplace app :

One of our customers is encountering an issue while attempting to install this app in their Jira instance. The error message displayed during the installation is:

"Unable to Install Apptio Cloudability"

We have verified our backend systems and configurations, and everything appears to be functioning correctly from our end. The customer raised this issue with Jira Support, and they were advised to request app owner to open a developer ticket with Jira Support since this issue might be affecting other users of the app.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Customer attempts to install the Apptio Cloudability app from the Atlassian Marketplace.
2. The installation process fails with the error message: "Unable to Install Apptio Cloudability."

 

Impact:
This issue is preventing the customer from using our app. 

We request Jira Support to investigate this issue and provide guidance or a resolution at the earliest convenience.
