Issue Summary

Unable to update "Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence" marketplace app
 

Steps to Reproduce

1. The apps already exists in the site
2. It shows "Update Available"
3. Click in Update

Expected Results

It should update the app with in Confluence and work as expected

Actual Results

It throws below error

An error occurred while provisioning the user for this app. Please try installing it again, and if then problem persists then contact Atlassian support. 

and no way to uninstall it from UI end.
Table filter configuration also shows "app nor responding"

PS : please note, with this issue behaviour, there is no problem with current behaviour functionality or data loss, The app works fine

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
