Viewing churn rate report showing wrong results for few cases where we have refund transaction

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to manage partner - reports - cloud churn
      2. Churn report chart and table show wrong data if in that specific period has refund transaction

      Expected Results

      Churn report should show the correct chart and table irrespective of the period if it contains the refund or not

      Actual Results

      Churn report chart and table show wrong data if in that specific period which has refund transaction because it is also calculating the refunds while calculating the churn rate

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
