Problem Definition

Currently, there is no way for Marketplace Partners to update the details of the app in Atlassian systems after initial deployment. Therefore, in order to change display name or avatar picture or any other detail of the users associated to their app(s), Parters have to contact the Ecosystem Support team.

Suggested solution

When updating an app in Marketplace, the details should be updated in Developer Console and in Jira and Confluence.

Workaround

The avatar can be updated as below:

1. In the developer console, click on the “Overview” tab.
2. Click on the avatar logo that appears on the right side of the screen.
3. Upload the image and click on save.
