Hello,

Please create an option to mange multiple (check-boxes/list) SENs at once with following actions.

• Assign Technical POC
• Remove Technical POC
• Assign Financial POC
• Remove Financial POC
• Assign Server ID
• Extract licenses to JSON
• Extract developer licenses to JSON

for assign POC action I suggest pop-up "window" for providing the email address

for removal POC action I suggest pop-up "window" with selection from the list of any email present on at least one SEN

for assign Server ID action I suggest pop-up "window" for providing ID. This function should allow overwrite (limited to 3-5 times?) just in case of mistake and the need to correct them.

for extract licenses I suggest creating JSON file in the format list of pairs SEN, license and push it for download

 

Reasoning:

In the organisation with multiple personnel performing specific functions and with dozens of SENs it is time consuming, mundane and error prone to do it one by one. Not to mention that portal from time to time freezes and needs to be reloaded even intervention from Atlassian support is required to allow continuation.
