Occasionally, updates are necessary to maintain the highest standards of performance and security.

While our partners usually handle these updates, contacting their customers, there are some cases where they might have difficulties.

In such cases, a different approach should be used in this case to avoid interruptions in the app's operation. One suggestion is that Atlassian could have the ability to send messages to our partner's customers in this case.

A different approach should be used to avoid interruptions in the app's operation. One suggestion is that Atlassian could send messages to customers in this case.

Actual Results

Due to legal reasons, Atlassian cannot contact the customers from our partners suggesting them to update their app versions.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
