Marketplace reporting APIs missing parent product information for some commercial cloud licenses

Steps to Reproduce

1. For some commercial cloud licenses parent product information is coming as null which ideally should be not null.

Expected Results

Commercial cloud licenses parent product information should be not null

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:
