Add "Dismiss" option to App Request in Jira Cloud Site

      As Jira Cloud Admin I want to have the option "Dismiss" beside the "Reject request" for Marketplace apps request, under Apps >> App Requests

      In DC doc https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/managing-user-requests-for-marketplace-apps-781394968.html it shows the option to dismiss the app request but in the Jira Cloud, I do not have it.
