Issue Summary
As Confluence Administrator I would like to see if an app was previously rejected before installing it. I also need visibility on why the app was rejected and when this was done.
Additionally, it would be great to know who was the administrator that rejected the app installation.
- Currently only non-admin users can see the rejection message when visiting a page for app installation.
Steps to Reproduce
- Request to install an application using a regular account (non-admin).
- Reject the app installation using an administrator account.
For non-admin users
- When visiting the app installation page, it is possible to see the rejection message as well as the date it was rejected (screenshot attached).
For administrators
- When visiting the app installation page, the installation button is displayed, and there is no information about rejection (screenshot attached).
Expected Results
Administrators should get a similar experience as regular (non-admin) users where the message "App request reviewed and rejected" is displayed, along with the rejection message and date.
Actual Results
Administrators are unable to see the rejection message ("App request reviewed and rejected").
Workaround
Administrators can navigate to Confluence Settings > Atlassian Marketplace > App Requests to see the apps installed, rejected and pending.
- However, please note that in case of app rejections, this page currently does not show the rejection reason nor the date/time it was rejected.
