Preserve previous version information listings on Marketplace

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Marketplace: Yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new version of an app on Marketplace
      2. In the new version, the previous information was emptied out

      Expected Results

      Preserve and utilize all the information existing in the previous versions as the default when creating new versions on the Marketplace.

      Actual Results

      When creating a new version of an app on the Marketplace, all the information added in the previous version is not present.

      Workaround

      Currently, the partner needs to retype every single piece of information from the previous version.

            Atlassian MP team, IMO this is actually a disturbing regression.

            Wiping the complete app description when a bugfix version is published makes no sense to me.

            Hello Atlassian team,

            This improvement would be highly valued by the Appfire engineering team. 

            For some of our apps at Appfire, we maintain slightly different copy on the Marketplace listings for server and data center. When the engineering team goes to create a new version for the marketplace, the server listing is used as the default for both Server and DC and replaces all the DC copy. This creates an extra step (and requires someone to remember) to make sure the DC version has the DC-specific marketing messages included. It would be great if this could be prioritized!
