Connect Licensing API - does not have awareness of Forge version and will continue to return the previous Connect version

      Issue Summary

      Using https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/license-api-for-cloud-apps/#get-addons-addonkey-confluence for connect on forge apps is returning incorrect app version.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have a connect on forge app.
      2. Use GET /wiki/rest/atlassian-connect/1/addons/ {appKey}

        to get the app version

      Expected Results

      Getting the current app version

      Actual Results

      We get an older app version

      Workaround

      N/A
