SEN number shows an unknown

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      The customer is facing an issue in getting the SEN number for the App: Space Tools which was purchased on 14th September and is valid between 21 Oct 2023 - 21 Oct 2024 but the SEN number shows an unknown

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Reviewed the latest invoice AT-266776346 and same was valid between 21 Oct 2023 - 21 Oct 2024
      2. Can check on the Manage Apps >> Space tools, it shows the Sen Number as Unknown  

      Expected Results

      Expected result SEN number should be allotted. And if it is deprecated then it should not be present at all, showing the value of SEN as unknown is misleading. 

      Actual Results

      Currently, the SEN number is reflected as unknown.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
