Error message shown when Addon/plugin faces any problem

      Currently, the following error is shown when the addon faces any problem and is unable to load-

      Something's gone wrong 
      Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian support.

      However, in most cases, the problem is with the addon and the customer needs to contact the app's vendor.

      It's better to request the customer to contact the App's vendor directly instead of contacting Atlassian support so that the right people are engaged directly and faster resolution is possible.
