When users are part of the Open source license/subscription, users are not allowed to use any promotional codes.

Create a promo code on marketplace.atlassian.com
Go to promotions page in Atlassian Jira Cloud, e.g. https://<sitename.atlassian.net/jira/marketplace/manage/promotions
Click “Apply promotion codes”
Enter promo code
Click “Che…” => Nothing happens
“Apply promo code” button is disabled.

Application should throw appropriate error message when users' with Open source license/subscription tries to apply the promotional code.

Application does not proceed to the next page or it gets hung on the same page.

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
