Establish a two-way sync between Trello <> Jira, such that when a card gets added to Trello Board, it should create a Jira issue, similarly, any comment addition or a status update from Jira should also gets the Trello card updated.

Currently the only way to have two-way sync between Jira <> Trello is via that third-party add-on. I find one such app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217147/trello-jira-two-way-sync?hosting=cloud&tab=overview but not tested in my lab.
