Scope Users/ Groups Migration in Jira Cloud Migration Assistant 1.6.6 doesn't work

Issue Summary

When we select the option Only users and groups related to the selected projects in Jira Cloud Migration Assistant 1.6.6, it keeps validating and migrating all users from Jira directory.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a migration plan in Jira Cloud Migration Assistant 1.6.6.
2. Select a project to migrate.
3. Select the option Only users and groups related to the selected projects
    
4. Run the migration.

Expected Results

• Jira Cloud Migration Assistant migrates only users and groups related to the project.

Actual Results

• Jira Cloud Migration Assistant migrates all users from Jira directory.

Workaround

• Install Jira Cloud Migration Assistant 1.6.5. To install v1.6.5, please check this page.
