JCMA C2C to support field layout in the issue view

      Problem:

      Currently, the Jira Migration Assistant doesn't support migration of issue layout customized according to Configure field layout in the issue view, Configure the issue detail view.
      Limited with features What gets migrated with the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant.

      Suggestions:

      It would be great if the Jira Migration Assistant could migrate the issue layout between cloud instances.
