Issue Summary

Marketplace partner apps are unable to get mappings for jira/classic:workflowRule namespace, even when app workflow rules are migrated successfully to cloud. This will block the marketplace partner apps from fixing the configuration of migrated app workflow rules.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run an app migration with JCMA, which migrates one or more workflow transition rules of your app to cloud
2. From your cloud app, retrieve the mappings available in jira/classic:workflowRule namespace using get mappings API

Expected Results

Should be able to receive the mappings of migrated app workflow rules in jira/classic:workflowRule namespace in the format as follows,

} 

Actual Results

Receiving empty mappings for the namespace jira/classic:workflowRule .

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
