Jira projects and issues migrated with JCMA initially return HTTP 400 with REST call /rest/api/3/search

Issue Summary

When using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant to migrate Jira Core, Jira Software or Jira Service Management projects and issues, calls to the REST apis return HTTP 400 or HTTP 404 after migration.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Migrate a Jira Service Management project with JCMA
2. Via Connect request
   • https://yoursite.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/search?jql=key%20in%20(ISSUE-1)&fields=id,key
   • https://yoursite.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/project/${projectIdOrKey}

Expected Results

The REST endpoints returns the expected data

Actual Results

The REST endpoints return HTTP 400 (for search) or HTTP 404 (for project) with the message "Issue does not exist or you do not have permission to see it."

Workaround

Uninstall and re-install the app and re-run the Connect side of the migration.
