Attachments only migration UI is misleading in JCMA

      Issue Summary:

      Currently, when migrating attachments only via JCMA, it still shows the issue count in the configuration screen.
      Also, on the migration screen, it shows project data as None but it would be good to have it more obvious that it is an attachment-only migration or just remove the issue count under the Projects section in the Configuration screen.
      The issue count in the configuration screen and not very accurate UI for attachments only migration makes it a kind misleading.
