Problem Definition

Currently, JCMA does not support the migration of projects which are already present on the Cloud side, we first need to delete them and then migrate the projects again after a successful test migration.

Suggested Solution

It would be helpful if we can have a differential migration feature in JCMA. Have a migration saved in the source system, then click a button and the JCMA would take the projects/issues diffs, find the corresponding in the target system, and just apply the changes. This helps because oftentimes, users keep working in the source systems even as we do the initial migration and it would save time instead of remigrating everything again to the cloud destination.
