CMAC page is blank in IE

Environment

IE browser (11)
Confluence 5.10.8, Confluence 6.3.3

Steps to Reproduce

Login to Confluence in IE
Install the add-on CMAC in Confluence
Click on Migration Assistant under 'Atlassian Cloud'

Works in Chrome browser.
