JCMA Error Message improvement

      Issue Summary

      The error message is a bit misleading in the following

      "2021-06-21 14:12:20.379 ERROR XX project-export Board 'XXXXXXX' is referring to an in-existed saved filter ID: XXXXX. Configure an existing filter for this rapid view."

      Expected Results

      The error message should be changed to in-existed to non-existent to prevent confusion.
