Support migration of Easy Numbered Headings

      Problem Definition

      The new Atlassian App Migration Platform (currently under development) will enable all Atlassian Marketplace Partners apps to build automated migration paths for their apps.

      Current Status

      At this time existing page numbering settings are not automatically migrated from Confluence Server/DC to Confluence Cloud.

      In addition there is not full feature parity between Server and Cloud.
