Improve log error for missing products in Cloud when using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant

      Summary

      When migrating Jira to cloud using the Cloud migration assistant if you don't have one product (Jira Core) or (Jira Software) the migration plan will fail, however, there is no error message in UI indicating the reason for the failure.

      Logs

      In the atlassian-jira.log you will be able to see the following log excerpt:

      2021-03-31 14:24:11,734+0000 pool-25-thread-7 INFO [c.a.j.m.tracking.polling.StatusPoller] Migration c7714344-a35b-4477-8897-e8f4ee39055e failed in stage user: 139:Groups contain permissions for products that do not exist on your cloud site. Enable Jira Core in your cloud site and try again.
      

      Suggestion

      Improve error logging so it surfaces in the UI making easier to identify the reason behind this specific fail point.

      Workaround

      In Cloud subscribe to Jira Core or Jira Software, this will depend on the type of projects and permissions you have on your server.
