When a customer imports data into Cloud from a Server instance, or when a Cloud instance is migrated to a new URL any installed add-ons will be removed.

Workarounds
Reinstall the add-ons. Note that this may cause data loss depending on the add-on.

Solution

Implement a feature that would allow the customer to choose if they want to delete the apps or preserve them.
