App Migration in CCMA on DC does not show progress correctly

Issue Summary

When running App Migration in CCMA on DC the App Migration does not show progress correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Confluence DC in a single or multi-node instance
2. Install an App that uses the App Migration path
3. Go thought App Assessment and select App as needed in cloud
4. Go through a migration

Expected Results

The App will report on progress.

Actual Results

No status is displayed.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
