CCMA UI to enable migration for apps with different key in server and cloud

      Currently, the EAP user interface for CCMA doesn't allow apps with different listing for server and cloud to migrate.

      The app is correctly linked in the App assessment screen, but the actual app is blocked by the preflight checks page as CCMA doesn't find the app install in the target cloud site.
