Support third-party actions in Automation for Jira Cloud

    Description

      Automation for Jira Cloud doesn't currently support third-party integrations which blocks Server and DC customers from migrating to Cloud and adopting apps they rely on currently.

      Customers of our Better PDF Exporter and Better Excel Exporter Server and DC apps (both Tier 2 apps in Atlassian's terms) are signaling that they rely on the automation counterparts our these apps currently, and can't migrate to the Cloud versions of these apps if automation is not available or they will postpone the migration decision until progress is made.

      Please enable 3rd party actions in Automation for Jira so we can unblock the cloud migration path for our server and DC customers.
