      Issue Summary

      CCMA migration gets stuck when an app is selected in the UI.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to app assessment
      2. Mark an app with an automated path as "Needed in cloud"
      3. Create a migration
      4. Select to migrate apps
      5. Run the migration

      Expected Results

      1. Core product migration completes
      2. Selected app is triggered
      3. App can report progress

      Actual Results

      1. Core product migration doesn't start.

      Workaround

      No workaround so far.
