Problem Definition

The new Atlassian App Migration Platform (currently under development) will enable all Atlassian Marketplace Partners apps to build automated migration paths for their apps.

Suggested Solution

When a customer migrates from Confluence Server / Data Center to Confluence Cloud using the Cloud Migration Assistant, the app migration platform will coordinate with Scroll HTML Exporter to automatically transfer the customized export templates.

Current Status

We have now released Scroll HTML Exporter for Confluence Cloud - you can check out the related documentation here.

Due to differences in the way in which templating for the app between server and cloud, there is no integration with the Atlassian Migration assistant for migrating Scroll HTML Exporter v3 templates. Therefore, you would need to simply need to use the hard-coded export template that comes included with Scroll HTML Exporter for Confluence Cloud and , if required, make any custom changes post-export (learn more).
