Repair absolute links by supporting base URL transformation in Jira Cloud Migration Assistant

      Similar to Site-import, it would be great if we could choose the source baseurl and JCMA could translate them to the new cloud URL during the migration.

      Expected outcome

      Absolute issue links are repaired after migrated to take into account change in the base URL. These links are mostly found in UGC but also in hard coded issue links (not remote / integrations)

            Repairing links in Jira (and Confluence) can now be done by Atlassian internal link fixing tooling.

            This is essential for successful migration. Changing all the links throughout Confluence and each Jira application manually is a monumental task which may never reach completion.
