Issue Summary

Importing issues from Trello throws a 500 error in new sites. The issue hasn't been observed in older sites. It could be replicated in at least 2 sites created in December.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new site or use a site created in December 2019.
2. Navigate to External System Import -> Trello  ->  Setup ->   Next

Expected Results

Should land in a page that asks to Allow or Deny access to Trello.

Actual Results

A 500 Internal Server Error as below is thrown

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
