Summary

When trying to import the XML backups with "Import attachments" button, it will show:

Jira attachments import is complete
Your attachments import is complete. You can now use Jira as normal.

Environment

• JIRA Cloud
• Attachments importer

Steps to Reproduce

1. Generate a backup file with only XML files
2. Go to System > Restore system
3. Click on Import attachments
4. Choose the backup file > Proceed

Expected Results

An error message will be prompted to tell the wrong structure of the file.

Actual Results

Nothing happens in the backend. Successful message prompted.

Jira attachments import is complete
Your attachments import is complete. You can now use Jira as normal.

Notes

• *Import attachments" functionality should show an error message whenever an XML file detected (same for a full backup file that contains both XMLs and attachments)
