JSM Single project Boards Migrated with Location Set to Project Are Not Visible in UI

      Issue Summary

      After migration, several boards associated with Jira Service Management (JSD) projects have their board location set to "project." As a result, these boards are not visible in the Jira Cloud UI.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Migrate a Jira instance containing boards associated with single JSD projects.
      2. Attempt to view these boards in the Jira Cloud UI.

      Expected Results

      Boards associated with JSD projects should be migrated with the user location

      Actual Results

      Boards with location set to "project" for JSD projects are not visible in the Jira Cloud UI. This causes confusion and potential data loss for users expecting to see their boards post-migration.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no workaround
