CCMA should surface attachment upload failures as “Completed with failures” instead of top-level SUCCESS

      Issue Summary

      CCMA reported a green SUCCESS (100% complete) status in CCMA migration details, despite some attachments failing to upload.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure Zscaler strict network configurations to block certain file types
      2. Run an attachment preload in CCMA
      3. CCMA will mark the attachment upload as successful 100%
      4.  The dropdown details for attachments will show the actual breakdown of Successful/Failed attachment uploads

      Suggestion

      Introduce a "Completed with failures" / "Completed with warnings" step/container status when numOfFailedAttachments > 0.
