Problem Definition

JCMA precheck is not reporting any error if any of the fields added to fieldlayout items were deleted on DC and Cloud after the first migration.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a custom fieldA
• Add the field to projectA field layout
• Migrate the projectA from DC to cloud
• Delete the fieldA on DC and Cloud
• Remigrate the projectA from DC to Cloud
• Migration status will be INCOMPLETE for projectA due to missing field.

Suggested Solution

• JCMA silently ignores if the field got deleted on DC but not removed from fieldlayout. But during the Cloud import JCMA reports the migration as incomplete due to missing field from DC and not available in Cloud.

Why This Is Important

Avoid potential remigration or importing a broken layout on Cloud.
