Support for migrating issue type, request type, and project avatars to Isolated Cloud with JCMA

      Issue Summary

      Currently JCMA does not migrate any of the above. This is a feature that should work for commercial/regular cloud sites.

      Migrate issue type, request type, and project avatars with JCMA

      This is currently a blocker for our largest Isolated Cloud customer.
