      Issue Summary

      LMS does not fix links such as

      • <confluence base URL>:443/<supported link type>
      • <jira base URL>:443/<supported link type>
      • <confluence base URL>:8443/<supported link type>
      • <jira base URL>:8443/<supported link type>

      When it migrates from 

      • <confluence base URL> (without the port)
      • <jira base URL> (without the port)

      Even though we override the migrated URL using the option Migrated from a staging instance

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Run a link fixing job via LMS
      2. Check the Migrated from a staging instance option
      3. Input the URL containing the port

      Expected Results

      All links referencing the legacy source URL should be successfully identified and rewritten to the destination URL across all content areas (comments, issue descriptions, custom fields).

      Actual Results

      LMS jobs are complete without updating those links

      Workaround

      Open a support ticket with Atlassian
